Talk: The refurbishment of York Art Gallery

Tuesday October 18th, 3pm

It has been an exciting time for restorations of galleries and museums in Yorkshire. In addition to the wonderful work done at the Beverley Art Gallery we have recently heard stories of work at Sewerby Hall and the new Hull University gallery.

There is now the opportunity to hear about the huge £8m restoration at York, which includes a newly-built first floor South Gallery and a new gallery in the original roof space. Come to the Treasure House on October 18th to hear the curator, Laura Turner, talk on this exciting project.

Tickets are £5 and available from the Beverley Art Gallery desk or by phoning using the Contact details.
