Capturing Beverley

What is 'Capturing Beverley'?

Following on from the success of the two previous 'Capturing the East Riding' photography competitions the Beverley Guildhall decided to run a competition along similar lines, but this time focusing on the town of Beverley.

All amateur photographers were invited to submit images which capture Beverley - the place, the people, the architecture, the history, local events etc - the choice is yours!

The competition itself has now closed, and entries submitted after midnight on July 27th will not be accepted.

All the entries submitted to the competition have been uploaded to the East Riding flickr account and can be viewed using the following link.

As many entries as possible will be displayed in the exhibition which starts on 25th November 2016 and runs to 24th February 2017. All photographers who have an entry displayed will have the option to retain the printed image at the end of the exhibition. These will range from A3 to A2 in size.

All the submitted photographs will also be displayed on a digital screen in the exhibition.
